 Turn off Valet Mode

1. Turn your ignition key to the "ON" position or start the vehicle.
2. Flick the valet switch to the "OFF" position.
3. The LED will turn off to indicate the alarm is no longer in Valet

Mode.

User Programmable Passive Door Locking 

— The system will

not automatically lock the doors when the alarm passively arms to
prevent the keys and remote from accidentally being locked in the
ve hi cle.  If you pre fer, you can eas ily pro gram the alarm to auto mati cally 
lock the doors every time the alarm pas sively arms. See the
"Pro gram ming Ta ble for Alarm Fea tures" on page 9.

To Activate Remote Panic 

— Press and hold button #1 for 3-4

seconds.  The siren will sound continually and the parking lights will
flash on and off.  If the ignition key is off, the doors will unlock.  If the
ignition key is on, the doors will lock.  To deactivate, press button #1 for
1-2 seconds.

Keyless Entry in Valet Mode 

— While the system is in Valet Mode, 

you can still use your remote control to lock and unlock the doors as well 
as activate any optional accessory such as trunk release or remote engine
starter.

LED Status Indicator 

— The LED on your vehicle’s dashboard or

center console will inform you of the system status.
