Power Cord is not connected to
the power outlet.
Connect the power cord and power on
the A/C.
The display screen shows
Unplug the power cord and drain the
waste water that has accumulated in
the drain bucket. Once completely
drained, connect the power cord and
restart the A/C to go back to normal
operation
The air conditioner
does not operate
“FL”.
Timer shutdown function starts. Shut down for 3 min and restart the
A/C to go back to normal operation.
Exposure to direct sunlight
Close the window shades
The doors or windows are open, Close any open doors or windows, or
remove the heat source from the room
or there is a
heat sources in the room.
The
Air Conditioner
is not operating
very well.
Air Filters are too dirty
Remove the Air filters and clean or
replace them. Make sure to reinstall
the Air Filter prior to operating the
A/C.
Air intake or exhaust vent is
being partially or
completely blocked
Remove whatever may be blocking or
obstructing any of the air intake or
exhaust vents.
The air conditioner may not be
a flat surface
Place the A/C on a flat, smooth, solid
surface, and try to be careful when
handling the unit as rough handling
can shake loose internal components
which can cause additional noise
during operation.
Noise in the air
conditioner is big
Shut down for 3 min and restart the
A/C after the coil temperature has
risen back to standard operating
temperatures.
Compressor does not
operate
Time-delay protection of
compressor has been enabled.
