BM2 and VSL Errors

To use the [BM2]
function, you need to first
install Button Manager V2
onto your computer.
Check if the PC has installed Button Manager.
200101 VSL disconnect. Check if the VSL connection on the PC still work.
Scanner Errors
000016 UART read and write
test error Restart the device. If the error persists, call
service to replace the main board.
000017 Motor Stall Restart the device. If the error persists, call
service to replace the motor.
000020 Download firmware
error Check firmware file and try again.
000022 Lamp off error. Restart the device. If the error persists, call
service to replace the lamp.
000023 Flashrom read and write
test error.
Restart the device. If the error persists, call
service to replace the main board.
000029 ADF AFE read and write
test error.
Restart the device. If the error persists, call
service to replace the main board.
002013 Paperjam Open the front door to remove the jammed
paper.
002014 ADF cover opens Close ADF cover.
002015 ADF no paper. Load paper into the auto document feeder.
002024 NVRAM read and write
test error.
Restart the device. If the error persists, call
service to replace the main board.
003101 Multiple feed Remove paper.
Fan your paper and tray again.
002033 Page skew. Remove paper.

002036 Ultrasonic sensor error Restart the device. If the error persists,
contact service personnel.
002037 ADF Bottom head AFE
test error. Restart the device. If the error persists, call
service to replace the main board.
002040 Fan check error Restart the device. If the error persists,
contact service personnel.

test error.
Restart the device. If the error persists, call
service to replace the main board.
