8.1.3 Control a Remote Third-party Device from Local
To control a third-party device from local, first determine which HDBaseT receiver is
connected to (1 in the diagram below). Next, connect a PC to the corresponding
RS232
port of matrix switcher with
3-pin to DB9 RS232 Cable
, then connect a third-
party device (e.g. projector) to the
RS232
port of the determined HDBaseT receiver.
The remote third-party device can be controlled by the local PC, the connection
diagram is shown below:
