4.3. Connection Procedure
Step 1.
Connect an HDMI source (such as a Blu-ray) into
HDMI IN 1
port of the
transmitter with an HDMI cable.
Step 2.
Connect another HDMI or VGA (eg. PC) into
HDMI 2 or VGA
port of the
Transmitter.
Step 3.
Connect PC to the
PC
port of Transmitter with USB control cable.
Step 4.
Connect the
HDBT OUT / PoC IN
port of Transmitter to the
HDBT IN / PoC
port of the Receiver on the rear panel with a straight-thru CAT5e/CAT6a
cable.
Step 5.
Connect
POWER RS232
port of Transmitter and
POWER RS232
port of
Control Panel on the rear panel with single CAT5e/CAT6a cable. The distance
between Transmitter and Control Panel should be keep within 5 metres.
Step 6.
Connect a projector to the
TO DISPLAY
and
RS232
port of the Receiver.
Step 7.
Connect a smart board to the
FROM TOUCH SCREEN
port of Receiver with
a USB control cable.
Step 8.
Connect an amplifier or sound recording device to the
LINE OUT
port of
Receiver if required.
Step 9.
Connect a microphone to the
MIC
port of the Receiver.
Step 10.
Connect the
REMOTE MUTE
port of Receiver to the Fire Alarm System.
Step 11.
Connect your speakers to the
2x20Watt@4ohm
port of Receiver if you are
not using the
LINE OUT
port.
Step 12.
Connect a PC to the
TCP/IP
port of the Receiver for Web-based GUI control.
Step 13.
Connect an IR Emitter to the
IR OUT
port of Receiver, and then put it on the
projector
’s IR Receiver window.
Step 14.
Connect the DC24V 2.71A power adaptor to the power port of the Receiver.

standard terminations at both ends.
