Connecting Cables 

Communication Cable 

1.

 

Open the Interface Cap. 

2.

 

Connect the communication cable to the cable connector of the printer. 

3.

 

Connect the interface cable to the USB port of the device (PDAs, PCs, etc.). 

  The optional communication cable that can be connected to the printer is 5-pin, Serial/USB cable provided 

by Avery Dennison. 

Fixed Communication Cable 

1.

 

Open the Interface Cap. 

2.

 

Connect the external communication cable (optional) to the cable 

connector of the printer. 

3.

 

Fix the cable by turning the screw as shown. 

4.

 

Connect the cable to the USB port of the device (PDAs, PCs, etc.). 

 

  The optional fixed interface cable that can be connected to the printer 

is Serial/USB cable provided by Avery Dennison.
