3.2.6

Guides lubrication

This operation must be performed after
cleaning the slicer or whenever sliding is
difficult.

Use Berkel slicer oil.

Lubrication of the guide bar for
the feed carriage

1.

Rotate the carriage release handle
clockwise by 180  (Manual operation).

2.

Push the product holder towards the
operator.

3.

Pour the lubricating oil into the special
carriage bar lubricator.

4.

Push the product holder to and fro
and repeat the operation.  Reposition
it towards the operator.
