When using a Nuance recognizer
: to set a confidence value of approximately zero, position the pointer slightly
above zero. If you set it to zero SAM will use the Global Setting of 50.

the Acceptance Confidence Threshold sets a confidence limit on the recognition result.
If the result has a confidence value above this threshold, it is accepted without
confirmation. If it has a confidence value below this threshold it is played back to the
caller who is asked to confirm that it is correct

the Acceptance Confidence Margin specifies the margin by which the result with the
highest confidence level must beat the remaining results to be considered correct
o
the Confirmation Acceptance Confidence Threshold sets a confidence limit on the
recognition result of the confirmation dialog.
