Customising Your Mailbox
It is essential that you set a passcode to keep your mailbox private. At
default, IP Office does not password protect your mailbox. If not already
done, request your system administrator to enable the password protection
facility. Regularly update your passcode to maximise security.
To change your mailbox passcode:
1. Press and dial the Voice Manager extension number *17.
2. When answered, dial

3. Follow the voice prompts to change your password.
To change your mailbox greeting:
1. Press and dial the Voice Manager extension number *17.
