Splitting the logs:
1.
Lower the Log splitter firmly on a target
and grab the log tight as shown in the
adjacent figure.
2.
Split the log into pieces by using the
auxiliary hydraulics control lever (or
use the electric buttons of the optional
electric joystick)
WARNING
Risk of serious personal injuries - Prevent unexpected starting.
To make sure that
the attachment will not start by accident, shut down the loader engine according to safe
shutdown procedure. Never leave the equipment unattended while the engine is running.
WARNING
Crushing and pinching hazard - Follow the safe stopping procedure before clearing
blockages.
In case the log gets stuck or other disruption occurs in use, first stop the log
splitter and shut down the loader engine before other procedures. Solve the disruption
after the engine has been shut down.
WARNING
Pinch point hazard - Keep hands clear.
Always keep your fingers away from any
cracks that open in the log during splitting. They can quickly close and pinch your fingers.
WARNING
Risk of burns - Keep clear of hot surfaces.
The unit parts
and hydraulic oil can be hotter than 80 °C. Keep clear of hot
surfaces. Wear personal protective equipment.
