Electrical Connections
All electrical connections must be performed by a qualified electrician in compliance
with the safety warnings stated at the beginning of this manual.
All connections must be performed in accordance with the NAM-SL-EL-EN-01 wiring
reference diagram in the wiring diagram section of this manual. A bigger printout is
supplied within the unit.
Respect all local laws and codes.
Most start-up difficulties are the result of incorrect wiring. Every effort must be put
in to ensure that the wiring is installed as instructed.
If the wiring is not connected properly, this may result in damage or improper
operation.

Cut off the main circuit breaker (see item 10 on
) before performing any of the work
described below.

Some connection cables must be supplied by the user. These are specified on the layout plan.
•
The direction of passage determines the right, intermediary and left units.
•
To avoid interference, Automatic Systems recommends that the high voltage and low voltage
cables be kept at least 4" apart.
