Setting the microswitches cams
For the setting refer to this correspondence table.

Calibration of air pressure switch (single stage burners)
Calibration is carried out as follows:
z
Remove the transparent plastic cap.
z
With the burner in operation, after the gas and air settings have been
completed, rotate slowly the adjusting ring nut VR, and let the burner
lock; read the pressure value on the scale of the pressure switch and
decrease it of 0,5 mbar.
z
Repeat the start-up cycle and check the burner runs properly.
z
Refit the transparent plastic cover on the pressure switch.
Calibration of air pressure switch (high-low flame burners)
Calibration is carried out as follows.
z
Remove the transparent plastic cap.
z
With the burner in operation, after the gas and air settings have been
completed, rotate slowly the adjusting ring nut VR, and let the burner
lock; read the pressure value on the pressure switch scale and reduce
it by 15%.
z
Repeat the start-up cycle and check the burner runs properly.
z
Refit the transparent plastic cover on the pressure switch
