To set the height, slightly loosen the screw and adjust the cam shown by the arrows.
To increase the platform’s maximum height: turn the cam to the left.

To reduce the platform’s maximum height: turn the cam to the right;
PAY ATTENTION:

Tighten the screws when you finish the operation!
It only takes a slight movement of the cam to make the adjustment.
