actions by third parties or force majeure;

dismantling, maintenance, or repair carried out by a person who is not a representative
of the manufacturing company;
•
changes in the product design, not agreed with the Manufacturer.
The Manufacturer of the equipment shall not be responsible for possible costs associated with
the installation and dismantling of the warranty equipment, as well as for damage caused to
other equipment located at the consumer's as a result of malfunctions (or defects) that
occurred during the warranty period.
