SAFETY & SECURITY
auto relocking remains active. This results in
the central locking system re-locking the
habitation door after 40 seconds and can
leave an unwary owner locked out of his
vehicle.
In order to avoid this possibility, always take
the keys when exiting the vehicle. In any
event, we would always advise the keys must
never be left in an unattended vehicle no
matter how close to it the owner intends to
remain.
Of course, there is no need to take the keys if
someone remains inside the vehicle.
