Troubleshooting Continued

#1-Your Pool Cleaner Is Not Moving

First, check the hose to make certain it’s strongly affixed to the suction-line in the skimmer. Additionally, check

the hose segments to make certain there are no air-leaks where the hose sections meet together. You might

want to check the diaphragm (inside your pool cleaner) for stretching or tears, or for blockages. Replacement

diaphragms are available from our Mytopia Store or can be purchased locally.

#2-Your Pool Cleaner Is Too Slow

Most likely, the key reason is a congested pool filter, skimmer-basket, or a clog at the intake-hole at the base

of your pool cleaner. Cleaning the intake hole requires flipping the cleaner over underwater and looking down

into it. Additionally, you should make certain that there are no obstacles in the hose and that all hose links are

firm and secure. Afterward, you can clean your pool filter, pump basket, and skimmer basket.

#3-Your Pool Cleaner Is Not Covering The Entire Pool
