Menu
: Press this to open the menu.
Call Log
: Press this to open the caller list.
Contact
: Press this to open the Contacts.

Dedicated function keys
Messages
: Press this to open the messages list. You can, for example,
select a message in the list to display missed or outgoing calls.
When the voice mailbox is set up (only for operation on a PBX), you can
also open the message list.
If there are new messages, this is shown by a flashing red LED.
Microphone
: Press this to switch the microphone on or off during a call.
The key's LED flashes red as soon as the microphone is switched off.
Hold
: Press this to initiate a query call and then to end it.
Redial
: Press this to display the redial list, which contains the last telephone
numbers dialled.
Headset
: Press this to enable/disable headset operation in idle state.
It initiates the call when it is received.
When headset operation is enabled, the LED lights up green.
Transfer
: Press this to transfer calls without prior notification.
Loudspeaker
: Press this to initiate calls without having to pick up the
receiver.
Switches the speaker on during an on-going call.
The key's LED flashes red as soon as loudspeaker listening is switched on.
The key's LED lights up red as soon as hands-free calling is switched on.
Plus
and
Minus
: Press these keys to increase or reduce the volume of the
ringer, receiver, or loudspeaker, depending on operational state.

Directional pad
Use the directional pad to navigate in the display.
In the menus:
press ▲ or ▼ to scroll through the menu options.
During setup:
press ◄ or ► to select from predefined entries.
When entering text:
press ◄ or ► to move the cursor.
OK
: Press the OK key to call up menu options, select and close entries and
start functions.
