Deleting a Telephone Book Entry

Use the arrow keys to scroll to the
entry you want.
Note: Selecting the first letter of a
name using the keypad allows you to
find the entry you are looking for more
quickly.

Press the OK key .
4.
Use the arrow key to scroll to the
DEL menu.
5.
Press the OK key .
6.
Press the Exit key.
Transferring a Telephone Number
from a Caller or Redial List into the
Telephone Book
You can add a recently dialled telephone
number or a telephone number transmitted
by a caller to the telephone book.
1.
Select the entry you want from the
caller or redial list.
2.
Press and hold the Telephone book
key
for approx. 3 seconds.
3.
Press the Telephone book key .
4.
Enter the name.

Labelling a Telephone Book Entry
as a VIP
You can assign a specific ringer rhythm to
a telephone book entry and therefore to an
individual caller using this function. A signal
is given when callers, who are labelled as a
VIP, call even when the ringer is disabled.
1.
Press the Telephone book key .
2.
Use the arrow keys to scroll to the
entry you want.
Note: Selecting the first letter of a
name using the keypad allows you to
find the entry you are looking for more
quickly.
3.
Press the OK key .
4.
Use the arrow keys to scroll to the
VIP menu.
5.
Press the OK key .
The currently set ringer rhythm is
displayed.
6.
Use the arrow keys to scroll to the
ringer rhythm you want.
7.
Press the OK key .
8.
Press the Exit key.
