Measure the Field Strength and the Quality of the Radio Signal
To measure the field strength and the quality of the radio signal, the handset has a built-in test func-
tion. Open this function as described here:
The display shows the following values:
3rd line: Here the values of the actual transmitter (e.g. base station) used by the handset are dis-
played.
- First value (in the example
01
): In the first place there is the RPN of the device. In the example
the handset has logged-in to the transmitter with the RPN 01 (1).
- Second value (in the example
64
): In the second place there is the quality of the radio signal.
In the example the radio signal is received with a quality of 64.
