Copy the Caller into the Telephone Book
You can take over telephone numbers e.g. out of
dial preparations or of caller lists into the tele-
phone book.
Enter the new entries and confirm them as
described on
.
Mark the Telephone Book Entry as VIP
Telephone numbers marked as VIP will be indi-
cated with a short beep - even if the ringer has
been switched off.
The VIP mark will be deleted by pressing
and holding the both keys „delete“ and
„OK“ again.
Indicate a Caller as a VIP
In case of an incoming call telephone numbers
marked as VIP will additionally indicated by a short
beep, – even if the ringer has been switched off.
If you like to mark a caller as a VIP, you can select
him from the caller list after the call. In the caller list
of the telephone the numbers of your callers will be
stored (se also
The VIP mark will be deleted by pressing

key until the cursor blinks in the bot-
tom at the left side. Now you can
enter a name for this telephone
number.
Press the telephone book key.
The last entered telephone book
entry is displayed.
Select the requested entry with the
arrow keys.

name via the keypad and search
with the arrow keys then. The alloca-
