As soon as you enter the setup menu by pushing the

After 10 minutes without any user interaction the 'display saver' is
invoked automatically. The display then shows only the station name
(if supported by the station, otherwise the frequency) or the radio
text. Please refer to section '
Set Dim Level
' on page 28 for further in-
formation on the 'display saver' mode.
6.8 Switching frequency bands
Press key

on the front panel longer than 2 seconds to toggle between
FM and AM reception. The display indicates the current reception mode
(see section '
Display
' on page 16).
