Error during transmission of
an SMS
− If the phone number of a service centre has
not been registered or has been incorrectly
stored, SMS messages cannot be sent or
received. The phone number of the service
centre appears in your call list, please delete
this number. Check whether the phone num-
ber of the service centres has been saved
correctly;

− If other error codes appear, please call the hot-
line phone number of your SMS service provi-
der.
Error on receiving an SMS
− If you receive an SMS as a voicemail, the
message was sent to you via an external
service provider who could not sent the mes-
sage at a text.
− If no more SMS messages can be saved, a
corresponding message appears in the dis-
play.
