Description

A call is currently being made or it flashes when the hand-
set is ringing.
g
The microphone on the handset has been switched off
during a call.
w
In standby: New calls have been stored in the caller list
(CLIP).
In the caller list: The phone number has already been vie-
wed.
h
In the caller list: The phone number has not been viewed.
f
A new message has been recorded.
(Optional service from your network provider, e.g. the
T-Net Box)
5.2
T-Net Box or another external answering machine
If the telephone network provider has an external answering machine
(e.g. the T-Net Box) available, the
f
icon indicates new messages have
been recorded for you. After playing back all the messages on the
external answering machine, the icon disappears from the display. The
icon also disappears when the
C
button is pressed for 2 seconds.
Caution:
The external answering machine and message indi-
cation by means of the
f
icon are optional services from the
network provider. This function can only be used when your
telephone network provider actually offers the service. Contact
your network provider for further information.
5.3
Taking a call
When a call is received, both the handset and base station ring. Take the
handset from the base station or press the Call button

. A connection
is established.
To end the call, replace the handset in the base station or press the
C
button on the handset.
