15. TROUBLESHOOTING
If your device fails to function as required, please try this checklist first. Perhaps it is just
a small problem that you can resolve yourself.
DANGER!
Do not attempt to repair the device yourself under any circumstanc-
es. If you cannot resolve the fault, please contact our service centre.

Has the sound been muted on one of the connected devices?

Has the correct operating mode been selected?

Check the cables/Bluetooth connection.
No display

No sound

Does your TV use the ARC function?

On the menu of your television set, do you have to switch over
to the output of an ARC signal? Consult the instructions of your
TV.

Has the playback of the audio signal been set to PCM sound?
No reaction to
any type of key
commands

In this rare case the device needs a software restart. Turn it off
by the power switch and then on again.

Is the remote control battery flat? Replace the battery if neces-
sary.
Loud buzzing

Please check if all connection cables are connected correctly.
No Bluetooth
connection

Is your mobile device Bluetooth-capable?
Read the operating instructions of the mobile device.

Check the settings.

Activate Bluetooth if necessary.

Check whether the TV sound stand appears on the list of
devices found. If not, reconnect the device.

Has the sound stand already been connected to another Blue-
tooth device? Press the
X
II/PAIR
button to establish a new
connection.
