MAINTENANCE AND CARE

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Audio Service hearing systems are robust enough to function

reliably for years. However, it is important that you treat your

hearing systems with care and take note of a few basic rules that

will quickly become habits.

Clean your hearing systems daily, for reasons of hygiene and in

order to keep them performing at a high level.

HEARING SYSTEMS

DRYING AND STORAGE

I

Dry your hearing systems overnight.

I

Ask your hearing system specialist about suitable accessories.

I

If you do not intend to wear your hearing systems for an

extended period, store them with battery compartment open

and without batteries in a drying system. This will prevent pene-

tration of damaging moisture.

I

Use the case provided for transporting your hearing systems.

CLEANING

Your hearing systems have a protective coating. However, you must

still clean your hearing systems regularly to prevent damage to the

hearing systems and health risks.

I

Clean your hearing systems with a soft dry cloth.

I

Never use running water and do not immerse

your hearing systems in water.
