Never use pressure during cleaning.

Ask your hearing system specialist for special care kits, cleaning
accessories and find out what you can do to keep your hearing
system in good condition.
EAR MOLDS
CLEANING
I
Cerumen (earwax) on the ear mold affects the quality of sound
negatively.
I
Always clean the ear molds as soon as you have removed them
from your ear. The cerumen will then not dry out and harden.

Remove cerumen with a soft cloth. No other
tools are required.
I
If cerumen has dried and hardened, wet a
soft cloth with a cerumen removal solution.
Dab the ear mold with the cloth and wait for
a moment until the cerumen is loosened.

If you use a dome: Clean it by squeezing
the tip of the dome.
I
Be careful not to damage the dome when
you clean the hearing system and dome.
