WARRANTY
FOR ALL NEW EQUIPMENT, THERE IS NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
OTHER THAN THE SELLER'S WARRANTY COVERING DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR
WORKMANSHIP, WRITTEN IN THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
WARRANTY FOR NEW EQUIPMENT
"The Manufacturer guarantees all new products against defective materials or workmanship,
its obligation and liabilities being limited, under this warranty, to the repair or replacement
free of charge at its factory of all parts recognised as faulty under normal use and service,
and the reasonable cost of repair and/or replacement of said parts within twenty-four (24)
months from the initial date of sale (5 years for the structure), or leasing with possible option
to buy, provided that the commissioning of the equipment by the Distributor was recorded by
the Manufacturer. In the event the commissioning was not recorded with the Manufacturer,
the date considered as the initial date of sale or leasing with possible option to buy is the
date the equipment was shipped from the factory. This warranty is given in lieu of and
excludes all other expressed or implied warranties and the obligation and responsibility on
the part of the Manufacturer under this warranty exclude the transport or other expenses, or
all responsibility for direct, indirect or consequential damage and any delay resulting
therefrom. This fact does not lead to an extension of the warranty period of the machine or
that of the spare parts. The warranty shall be considered void if the equipment is used
beyond capacity or under conditions not foreseen by the Manufacturer, or in case of the use
of parts not approved by said Manufacturer.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A GIVEN APPLICATION AND ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES
ON THE PART OF THE VENDOR.
