Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
The PWR indicator is off.
•
If the USB cable is connected from a
USB port on the display, it may not
be supplying enough power to the
AT-ETU-SYNC. Connect the included
power supply to the USB cable and
connect it to an available AC outlet.
No audio/video on display.
•
Check to make sure that the correct
EDID is selected. Refer to the User
Manual for more information on using
the AT-ETU-SYNC.
