TOOL PREPARATION AND SCREW REPLACEMENT
The following instructions are indicative, in order to avoid breaking the screw when setting the insert on the
tool. You should use a calliper when adjusting the stroke.
Set the tool according to the insert you have to install, and follow the table on the tool.
When the air is connected you can adjust it up to 6.0 mm with a 1.0 mm stoke remaining. If you close the
protrusion to 5.0 mm, the stoke will be 0.
With the air connected,
put the insert close to the
nut and grip it.
