FIG.9:
Attach the Seat Tube (12) and Support Plate (23) to
the Acclivitous Support (4) and secure it into place using
two Hex bolts (18), four Washers (19) and two Nylon Lock
Nuts (20).
Proceed to fully fasten this hardware assembly.

and Nylon Lock Nut (20).

Washer (19). Attach the Decline Plate(17) to the Seat Tube(12) and the Acclivitous Support(4), secure it into place using
one Hex Bolt(16), one Hex Bolt(18), two Washers(19) and one Nylon Lock Nut(20).
