prevents the starter motor from being overloaded.
D
URING
OPERATION
Following checks should be carried out regularly:
1. Check the engine oil pressure (P2), the coolant temperature (P4), the
fuel level (P1) and all lamps for normal readings.
2. Check the adjustment of the regulating valve, i.e. whether the valve
starts decelerating the engine when reaching the pre-set working pres-
sure in the air receiver.
3. Check the air outlet temperature (TG) of the compressor element.
Close the door after checking.
S
TOPPING
1. Press the on/off push button (S1). The control unit now starts the STOP
PROCEDURE.
If the unit is loaded, the control unit will bring the unit into the NO
LOAD state for about 10 seconds. Afterwards, the STOP PROCE-
DURE stops the engine and cuts off the power supply.
If the unit is not loaded, the STOP PROCEDURE skips the first step
and immediately stops the engine and cuts off the power supply.
The unit loads immediately.
The unit loads itself when the warm-up period is fin-
ished (maximum 5 minutes).
1
Avoid to let the engine run out of fuel.
Pushing the emergency button (S20) located on the
front service door will stop the unit immediately at
any time.
