+Power 302AV has 3 lights indicator (LEDs), 2 buttons and an Ethernet port:

POWER

Lit when the device is power on.
Blinking (every 4 seconds) when the device enters power saving mode.
Blinking when the device is in the process of security setup.
Lit off when power is off.
ETH

Lit when connected to an Ethernet device.
Blinking when data is transmitted or received via Ethernet port.
DATA

]
Lit when detected and connected with another PowerLine Adapter within
the network.
The device has connected to the power line network. The Data LED color
varies with the physical rate.
Green: Link Rate > 40 Mbps
Orange: 20 Mbps < Link Rate <40 Mbps
Red: Link Rate < 20 Mbps
Lit off when no Powerline Link detected. The adapter has not found any
other compatible power line devices that use the same encryption key.
