Checks to make
Traces of dirt appear
on the wall around
the appliance . In a polluted environment, dirt can appear on the appliance's air out-
lets or on the wall . This phenomenon is associated with the poor
quality of the ambient air (
smoke from cigarettes, candles, incense, fire -
places, etc. ) . In this case, we recommend checking that the room is
properly ventilated ( ventilation, air inlet, etc .) .
The Expert mode
menu is not
accessible . Have your entered a PIN code? You must enter your PIN code to ac-
cess the Expert mode menu (
refer to the Expert mode menu chapter ) .
If you forgot your PIN code, enter code 081 .
The appliance
does not follow
the internal
programming
instructions . Check that the date and time are set .
Check that the appliance is in PROG mode and that internal
programming is selected .
The appliance does
not follow the ex-
ternal programming
instructions .
Ensure that the programming unit is being used correctly (
refer to the
unit's operating instructions
) .
Check that the appliance is in PROG mode and that internal pro-
gramming is selected . .
The appliance does
not respond to the

pilot wire .

Within the context of programming using the pilot wire or a carrier
current, the frost protection or load shedding instructions take
priority .
The delay for switching from the
Comfort mode to the Eco mode
is approximately 12 seconds .
The delay for switching from the
Comfort -1/-2 mode to the Com-
fort mode is approximately 5 minutes .
