Calibration
Automatic calibration
The CO
2
sensor has an automatic self calibration process which enable the CO
2
calibration every 48hours. We cannot
disable the automatic self-calibration.
WARNING
In order to have a efficient automatic self-calibration, the product shall be exposes to fresh air (around 420ppm) between two
self-calibration (it means once every 48hours).
Manual configuration
In addition to the automatic self-calibration, you can manually calibrate the CO
2
sensor using the configurator tools:
WARNING
To have an efficient manual calibration, it is highly recommended to let the product connected (through USB or BLE) to the
configurator during at least 3min in a stable and constant CO
2
environment before asking for a calibration.
For example, it is recommended to do the calibration outdoor and to keep a distance (> 1meter) with the sensor not to affect
the CO
2
concentration with expiration.
Advanced configuration
A final tab provides access to the advanced configuration setting of the product.
For the "Period" field, it is advisable to leave the default value.
Otherwise, there is a checkbox to activate or not the night mode (box is checked = night mode activated).
Currently, the activation time slot of this mode is only configurable by Downlink, the configuration from the application
will be possible very soon.
However, the default time slot is as follows:
•
Mode On: 20:00 UTC
•
Mode Off: 4:00 UTC
