The Card’s Power Supply
Supplemental power is a basic consideration in the installation process. Your
new ATI graphics card requires additional power that is supplemented from
the computer’s main power supply.
Note:
For best performance install the graphics card in slot 1 of a
PCIe™ based Power Mac G5.
