8. Bleeding of hydraulic cycle of freewheel lift
a. Set the selector switch (18-1; 4) to freewheel lift
b. Set the adjustment- resp. Working switch (18-1; 8) to
„WORK“
c. Close the valve 1 and 2 (18-2)
d. Push the button LIFTING (18-1; 5).
e. Herewith only the main scissor of the freewheel lift will be moved.
f.
Hold down the button until the max. height is reached.
g. Push the button LOWERING (18-1; 7) to lower the lift completely.
h. Repeat the step d. + f.
i.
Put the adjustment- resp. working switch (18-1; 8) to
„ADJ“
j.
Open the valve 2 (18-2)
k. Repeat step d. + f., if necessary refill hydraulic oil.
l.
Repeat step g.
m. Repeat steps k. + l. appr. 5 times
n. Repeat step d. until the second scissors reaches the same height as the main sicssor.
o. Close valve 2 (18-2)
p. Make step b.
q. Lift and lower the freehwheel lift appr .3 times and check the synchronization. If a synchronization is not
given, repeat the previous steps again.
If the synchronization of the freewheel lift cannot be
adjusted, there is another possibility.
•
Lift the second scissor of the freewheel lift appr. 10
mm.
•
Loosen the bleeding screw as to be seen in the
adjacent picture for bleeding the cylinder.
•
Following retighten the bleeding screw again.
