Firmware Upgrade
The Firmware Upgrade Utility
As new firmware versions become available firmware upgrade packages are
posted on the ATEN web site. The Windows-based Firmware Upgrade Utility
(FWUpgrade.exe) provides a smooth automated process for upgrading the
Phantom-S’s firmware. Check the web site regularly to find the latest firmware
packages and information relating to them.
Before You Begin
To prepare for the firmware upgrade, do the following:
1. Go to
www.aten.com/phantoms
2. Follow the instructions to download the firmware upgrade.
3. Unzip the firmware upgrade package and connect the computer to the
Phantom-S.
4. Open the Phantom-S software, click
Help
and
Firmware upgrade

5. Browse to the firmware upgrade (*.exe) file, select it and click
Open
