Chronological Report
When a call record with a new date is received by the CAS, the previous day’s
chronological report is ended and reports containing summary information
(Figure 3) are printed. There are four summary reports produced: Summary
of Calls by Hour of the Day, Summary of Calls by Line Number, Summary
of Calls by Extension Number, and Summary of Calls by Account Number.
These reports list the total number of calls, their duration, and cost.
