Only the original packaging ensures adequate protection of the Kamado grill and should therefore
be kept at least during the statutory return period.
For our Kamado grills we provide a warranty of 2 years.
For spare parts and repair orders please contact your dealer or our company.
Before contact the dealer or our company be prepared to provide your customer and / or
your invoice number.

1. Is a certain part damaged?
Please tell us the exact part number on the parts list.
2. Is there a fault with the device?
If you have the option of video recording, e.g. mobile phone camera, record the issue and send us
the video or image material.
