COMPUTERFUNCTION
CONSOLE BUTTONS
a. Press
START/STOP
to begin your exercise.
b. Press
START/STOP
again to stop and pause all functions during your exercise
program.
a. In
Pause mode
, press the button to return to main menu.
b. Continue pressing
RESET
button for more than 2 seconds to power on the
console again.
a.
PULSE RECOVERY
button measures how quickly you return to a resting hear
rate after exercising. You could use this button to measure improvement as you
get into shape.
b. This button can only be used during
Pause mode
and when the heart symbol is
displayed.
c. The console will monitor your pulse
for 60 seconds and calculate a
HEART RATE RECOVERY
value
from F1 to F6. F1 is best; F6 is worst
(For Reference Only).
d. The readout should only be used as
a comparison between workouts. It
’
s
recommended to use right after any
aerobic exercise. Stop exercising before starting the function.
e. Your pulse will be displayed approximately few seconds after the heart symbol

is displayed.
f. Press
RECOVERY
button again to return to main menu after testing.
NOTE:
If you don

t hold the
HEART RATE SENSORS
on the handrails with both hands
properly, the console

and the main screen

after the console counts down to zero, which means the

RATE SENSORS
won

t be able to pick up the signals.

TOTAL RESET
button to power on the console again.
Rotate
MODE
button to select training mode, resistance and adjust function value up
or down and then press
MODE
button to confirm.
