Removable components
You may need to remove previously installed system components when
installing or removing system devices, or when you need to replace
defective components. This section tells how to remove the following

To remove the chassis fan:
1.
Disconnect the 3-pin fan cable
from the connector REAR_FAN1
on the motherboard.
2.
Press the tabs on the outer
corners of the system fan, then
pull the fan out of the chassis.
3.
Lift the chassis fan case lock
hooks, then push the fan from
the center of the case until it is
detached.
