5.3.3 Utilities menu
The Utilities menu shows the applications and other software that the
motherboard supports.
ASUS PC Probe
This utility continuously monitors vital system information such as fan
rotations, CPU temperature, and system voltages, and alerts you on any
detected problems. This utility helps you keep your computer in a healthy
operating condition. See page 83 for details.
ASUS Update
This item installs the ASUS Update that allows you to update the
motherboard BIOS and drivers. This utility requires an Internet connection
either through a network or an Internet Service Provider (ISP). See page 81
for details.
PC-CILLIN 2002
This item installs the PC-cillin 2002 anti-virus program. View the PC-cillin
online help for detailed information.
Adobe Acrobat Reader
This item installs the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Acrobat Reader software
is for viewing files saved in Portable Document Format (PDF).
Audio DJ
This item installs the Audio DJ feature and the Music Wizard utility. The Music
Wizard utility allows you to save MP3 playlists to your HDD and play them
using the Audio DJ feature. See pages 90 for details on Music Wizard and
page 93 for details on Audio DJ.
