Password Request
When you turn on the phone or use it, you have enter one of the
following codes:

The password is requested when the phone lock
functionality turns on
PIN- code
If the phone is turned on for the first time, or when PIN
-code checking
is activated, enter the PIN

PUK- code
Usually, SIM

entered. In this case, enter the PUK

operator.

code
Can be requested for access to specific menu items and functionality.

Phone does not turned on
Check the battery in case of discharge, connect the power adapter, and
wait at least 10 minutes;
Press and hold the power

on key of the device for at least 5 seconds;
In case that the battery is charged, still plug the power adapter and
repeat the procedure again;
If the device does not turn on
even after charging, contact customer
service or an authorized service center.
Phone turns off immediately after turning on
• It is possible that the device has extremely low battery charge. In this
case, the system automatically prevents the full discharg
e to avoid loss
of information and data stored. Before you retry to turn on the device,
charge it for at least 20 minutes and do not unplug the power adapter
from the socket during operation.
The battery runs out quickly
You may use functions that require a large expenditure of energy. Most
of the energy is spent on watching videos;
Try a more economical setting of the brightness of the screen;
The battery is discharged during operation at low temperature.
