Running a Job
Adjusting the Transport Table
1. Align side guides and belts with the media as it is being fed out of the feeder.
2. The belts are adjusted by sliding the belt guides from underneath the Astrojet II while the
belts are turning.
3. Adjust the speed of the feeder so that there is at least 9" gap between the leading edges
of addresses. Longer addresses may require a larger gap.

4. Make sure that the ON-LINE indicator key is lit, indicating that the Astrojet II is on-line.
At this point, start sending addresses from the computer.
NOTE: Do not press the reset button while the Astrojet II is receiving data from the
computer. The Astrojet II may hang up and the data in the buffer will be lost.
