Maintenance Air Compressor
The maintenance air compressor, available as an auxil-
iary unit, is a tank-less air compressor used for cleaning
the machine and for maintenance and service. It is a
stand-alone component located in a lockable, swing-out
cabinet on the controls side of the machine (Figure 21).
A guard door provides access to the compressor and
compressor engine.
The factory cut-in and cut-out pressure settings are 145
psi and 150 psi (10 bar and 10.3 bar).

Water Sprayer
The water sprayer uses electric water pumps and water
supply on the machine to provide a stream of water from
a hose reel. The water pumps are powered by the
machine batteries for operation.
Use the water sprayer to keep the machine clean and to
suppress fire. For details of its operation, see “Water
Pump Sprayer” on page 46.
