4. Camera failure connection to PC
Install the manage tool software to PC, connect the camera to PC by USB cable directly, use manage
tool to do operations, then it could connect well.

The video and photo are distortion
Please check whether the IR function.

GPS signal is affected by environment and weather, should avoid high-rise block environment around
to use it.

Please check whether the SIM card is insert well and with enough balance.
