Handset ringer
You can set your handset to provide a dif-
ferent ringing tone for each user. If you
want to change the ringing tone, first select
the respective user (username). The melody
for the internal ringer can be set so as to
be independent of the user.
Handset-PIN (Personal
Identification Number)
The handset PIN is required if you want to
disable individual operating options
(resetting to the default settings, clearing
the directory etc.) and to protect them
against unauthorised access. In the default
setting the handset PIN is switched off
("0000"). To activate the handset PIN
function, enter the handset PIN following
the procedure described below.
