Initial computer setup

Language: After the battery has been inserted into the computer

will appear on the
display. Press [MODE] to select the language. EN (English), SV (Swedish), NO (Norwe-
gian), SU (Finnish) or DE (German). Press [SET] to confirm.
Every time a setting is confirmed by pressing [SET], the next setting in sequence will be presen-
ted and can be adjusted by pressing [MODE]. The settings will appear in the following order:

Unit of speed measurement: choose between km/h and mph

Wheel circumference: Measure the circumference of your wheel or use the table to
calculate it. The default wheel circumference is 2155 mm. Press [SET] if this measure-
ment matches your wheel and continue to the next setting or press [MODE] to change
the value to a measurement that matches your wheel.
How to measure the circumference of your wheel: Roll the wheel until the air valve is at the lowest
point, directly above where the wheel contacts the ground, and mark this point on the ground.
Roll the wheel forward along the ground one full rotation until the air valve is at the lowest point
once more and mark the second point. Measure the distance between the two marks and enter
it into the computer.

Total distance travelled.

Maintenance: enter the distance after which you will receive a reminder to service your
bicycle

Weight: choose your preferred unit of weight (kg or lb) and then enter your own weight.

Clock: set the time and date

Display light setting 1 or 2: If you select Setting 1, press [SET] to choose whether you
wish to switch on the light and press [SET] again to select how long it is to remain on
when it is switched on. If you select Setting 2, press [SET] to switch off the display light
and return to the main menu.
Instructions for use
The current speed is always displayed on the top line of the display when you are cycling.
The arrow symbols indicate whether the current speed is above or below your average speed.
