エア操作で開閉しない
エアが供給されていない
エアを供給してください
操作圧力が低い
操作圧力を確認してください
全閉にしても流体が流れる
ダイヤフラムが摩耗している
バルブを交換してください
ダイヤフラム又は本体にキズがある
バルブに異物が噛み込んでいる
バルブから外部へ流体が漏れる
継手が緩んでいる
継手部を増締めしてください
ハンチングが発生する
使用条件(流体圧力・流量)が適切でない
使用条件を見直してください

The valve cannot be opened
and closed by actuating.
The pilot pressure is not applied.
Apply the pilot pressure.

Check the pilot pressure.
Leakage in fully closed position.
The diaphragm is abraded.
Replace the valve.

Foreign matter is caught in the valve.
Outer leakage from the valve.
The cap nuts are loose.
Retighten the cap nuts.

Check the operating conditions.
