ARZUM
• Put the minced meat into the mince bowl and
push it into the mince bowl with meat pusher.
• The mixture enters in the intestine. When the
sausage reaches the appropriate length, tie it
at any point you want.
NOTE:
In order to soften the intestine, put it in
warm water for 10 minutes before you use it.
After that the intestine will slide onto the sausage apparatus easiliy. If
the intestine gets stuck onto the sausage apparatus, wet it with some
water.
MAKING KEBBE
• Insert the mixing rod starting from the plastic gear into the mince bowl
and place the former on the other end of the mixing rod.
ATTENTION: Make
sure the notches of
the former fit onto
the projections of the
mince bowl.
• Place the cone onto
the mixing rod.
• Turn the screw ring on the mince bowl until it is properly fastened.
• Mount the mince bowl into the main body as bended right and turn it
anti-clockwise until it
is locked and fixed.
• Place the tray on the
upper mouth of the
mince
bowl and turn it on.
• Put the prepared kebbe mixture into the
mince bowl and push it into the mince bowl
with meat pusher.
• Cut the outer layer of kebbe into the desired
lengths.
